The Office Manager role will provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. including greeting clients, answering incoming calls, coordinating marketing efforts and managing compliance processes.

  • Greets visitors to the company
  • Manages the voicemail system
  • Serves as the point of contact for calls and appointments
  • Manages the office calendar for meetings, vacations, holidays and events
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Coordinates events and marketing efforts, including obtaining compliance approval, creating and sending event invitations, handling vendor contracts and venue set-up, preparing meeting materials, etc.
  • Maintains customer relationship management system and associate expense tracking
  • Contacts clients to schedule meetings as directed
  • Handles all cashiering functions including accepting deposits
  • Assists our internal compliance officer with all compliance-related functions including preparing for audits, submitting correspondence for approval, etc.
  • Acts as the facilities manager, identifying and arranging for maintenance as needed
  • Assists with all  related clerical duties
